To make a DIY HDTV antenna, you will need:
- A wooden board
- Screws
- Washers
- Copper wire
- Grill screens
- Balun
- Coax cable
- Wire cutter
- Screwdriver
Instructions:
- Cut the wooden board to the desired size.
- Mark evenly spaced dots on the board.
- Cut the copper wire into pieces and fold them into "V"s.
- Attach the copper wire to the dots on the board using screws and washers.
- Connect the balun to the two center sections of wire.
- Connect the coax cable to the balun.
- Attach the grill screens to the front and back of the antenna.
- Mount the antenna in a high location.
Once the antenna is mounted, you can connect it to your TV and scan for channels.
