Diy Tassel Garland

To make a DIY tassel garland, you will need:

• Tissue paper (or any other type of paper you like)
• Scissors
• Twine or string
• Hot glue gun (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cut a piece of tissue paper in half lengthwise.
2. Fold the tissue paper in half again, widthwise.
3. Cut fringe along the unfolded edge, leaving about 1 inch uncut at the top.
4. Unfold the tissue paper and cut in half again, from the top of the fold to the end of the fringe. This will give you two pieces of tissue paper with fringe.
5. To make a tassel, roll up one of the pieces of tissue paper tightly around the middle.
6. Secure the middle of the tassel with a piece of twine or string.
7. Trim the ends of the fringe to make the tassel even.
8. Repeat steps 5-7 to make as many tassels as you need for your garland.
9. To string the tassels together, cut a length of twine or string.
10. Tie a knot at one end of the string and thread it through the loop at the top of each tassel.
11. Space the tassels evenly along the string and tie a knot at the end of the string.
12. Your tassel garland is now ready to hang!

Tips:

• For a fuller tassel, use two or more pieces of tissue paper.
• To make a tassel garland in different colors, use different colors of tissue paper.
• For a more durable tassel garland, use cardstock instead of tissue paper.
• To add some extra flair to your tassel garland, glue on sequins, beads, or other embellishments.
