DIY Popcorn Costume

Materials:

• Yellow and white tissue paper
• Red and white duct tape
• Red shirt or sweatshirt
• Red leggings or sweatpants
• Two oval popcorn signs
• Plate (optional)

Instructions:

1. Crumple yellow tissue paper into popcorn shapes and secure with clear hair elastics.
2. Pin white popcorn kernels to a red shirt or sweatshirt.
3. Add yellow popcorn kernels to fill in any gaps.
4. Attach red and white duct tape stripes to red leggings or sweatpants.
5. Pin popcorn signs to the front and back of the costume.
6. (Optional) Carry a plate of popcorn as a prop.

Tips:

• Use different shades of yellow tissue paper to create a more realistic popcorn look.
• Vary the sizes of the popcorn kernels to add interest.
• Pin the popcorn kernels close together so there are no gaps.
