To make a DIY paracord bracelet, you will need paracord (200 feet for a single color bracelet, 100 feet for each color in a two color bracelet), a buckle, and a pair of scissors.
- Measure your wrist and add one inch to get the length of your bracelet.
- Fold the paracord in half and thread the loop through the buckle.
- Thread the loose ends through the loop and pull tight.
- To make the cobra weave, start with one side of the paracord and bring it over the top of the other two strands.
- Take the other side of the paracord and bring it down under the strand you just brought over, then up through the loop created by the first strand.
- Tighten the knot.
- Repeat steps 4-6 on the other side of the bracelet.
- Continue alternating sides until the bracelet reaches your desired length.
- To finish, melt the ends of the paracord with a lighter and fuse them together.
- Thread the melted ends through the buckle and trim off any excess.
Your paracord bracelet is now complete!
