You need cotton pads, flannel, and terrycloth. Cut two squares of the same size from each fabric. Stack the flannel and terrycloth squares on top of each other, right sides facing together. Pin or clip the edges together, leaving a small gap. Sew around the edges, leaving the gap open. Turn the pad right side out through the gap and sew the gap closed. Repeat for all the pads. Store the pads in a jar or airtight container. To use, add a few drops of makeup remover to a pad and wipe over your face to remove makeup. Wash the pads after each use.
