Use a putty knife to apply the joint compound to the gaps between the brick panels. Be sure to smooth out the joint compound so that it looks like real mortar.
Once the joint compound has dried, paint the brick wall white. You can also use a color wash to give the wall a more aged look.
To finish, apply a clear sealant to the wall to protect it from stains and water damage.

Tips:

For a more realistic look, use brick panels that have different shades and textures.
Be sure to use a level when attaching the brick panels to the wall.
If you make a mistake with the joint compound, simply wipe it away with a damp cloth and try again.
To create a color wash, mix a small amount of paint with water. Apply the color wash to the brick wall with a sponge or paintbrush.
Be sure to let the wall dry completely before applying the clear sealant.
