To make DIY cheerleading pom poms, you will need:
- 2-3 thin plastic tablecloths in different colors
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Electrical tape
Instructions:
- Cut the tablecloths into 1-inch wide strips.
- Stack the strips together and cut them into 4.5-inch long pieces.
- Leave about 3 inches of material uncut in the center of the stack.
- Tie the center of the stack tightly with electrical tape.
- Trim the ends of the strips to create a neat fringe.
- Fluff up the pom poms and shake them out.
