
DIY Boxwood Wreath
Materials:
- Wire wreath frame
- Boxwood sprigs
- Florist wire
- Wire cutters
- Ribbon (optional)
- Anti-desiccant resin (optional)
Instructions:
- Trim the boxwood sprigs to 6-8 inches in length.
- Gather 4-5 sprigs into a bunch and wrap the bottom tightly with florist wire.
- Twist the wire ends together to secure.
- Repeat steps 2-3 until you have enough bunches to cover the wreath frame.
- Attach the bunches to the wreath frame using florist wire, starting at the bottom and working your way up.
- Overlap the bunches slightly to create a full and even coverage.
- Trim any uneven ends with wire cutters.
- (Optional) Tie a ribbon bow around the wreath.
- (Optional) Spray the wreath with anti-desiccant resin to slow moisture loss and extend the life of the wreath.
