Diy Balayage Short Hair

To DIY balayage short hair, you will need:

• Lightening powder
• Developer
• Bowl
• Brush
• Gloves
• Foil
• Wide-tooth comb
• Hair clips

Instructions:

1. Section your hair into four parts: two front and two back. Clip up the top two sections.
2. Mix the lightening powder and developer according to the package directions.
3. Starting at the back, take a small section of hair and tease it lightly.
4. Apply the lightening mixture to the ends of the teased section, using a brush.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all of the hair in the back is covered.
6. Clip up the back sections of hair and repeat steps 3-5 on the front sections.
7. Once all of the hair is covered, let the lightening mixture process for 15-30 minutes, depending on your desired level of lightness.
8. Rinse the lightening mixture out of your hair and apply a deep conditioner.
9. Once your hair is dry, you can style it as usual.

Tips:

• If you have dark hair, you may need to bleach it twice to achieve the desired level of lightness.
• Be careful not to overlap the lightening mixture too much, or you will end up with harsh lines.
• If you are not sure how much lightening powder or developer to use, start with a small amount and add more as needed.
• Be sure to do a patch test on a small section of hair before applying the lightening mixture to your whole head.
