Diy Hula Hoop

To make a DIY hula hoop, you will need:

3/4 inch polyethylene tubing
3/4 inch barb connector
Tape (gaffer tape is recommended)
Optional: decorations, such as beads or rice

Instructions:

Measure the circumference of your waist. This will be the diameter of your hula hoop.
Cut the tubing to your desired circumference.
Heat up the end of the tube in very hot water for about 30 seconds.
Quickly push the connector into the heated end of the tube.
If the connector doesn’t go in easily, heat up the tube again.
Once the connector is in place, let the tube cool completely.
Decorate your hoop with tape or other decorations.

If you want to make a collapsible hula hoop, you will need two connectors instead of one. Simply cut the tubing in half and attach a connector to each end.

Once your hula hoop is finished, have fun using it!
