Diy Window Well Cover

DIY window well cover is a simple project that can be completed in a few hours with basic tools and materials. It is a great way to protect your basement windows from the elements and keep pets and children safe from falling in.

To make a DIY window well cover, you will need:

• 2×4 lumber
• 1×3 lumber
• Exterior wood screws

Instructions:

2. Attach the 2×4 runners to the 1×3 slats using exterior wood screws. Space the slats one or two inches apart.

Once the cover is complete, place it over the window well and secure it with screws or weights.
