DIY Bubble Tea

Bubble tea, also known as boba tea, is a delicious and refreshing drink that can be easily made at home. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create your own unique bubble tea flavors that are just as good, if not better, than what you can get at a store.

Ingredients:

• Tapioca pearls
• Tea (black tea, green tea, jasmine tea, etc.)
• Milk (optional)
• Sugar syrup (optional)
• Flavored syrups (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package directions.
2. Brew the tea and let it cool to room temperature.
3. Add sugar syrup and flavored syrups to the tea to taste (optional).
4. Pour the tapioca pearls into the bottom of a glass.
5. Add the tea and milk (optional).
6. Enjoy!

Tips:

• For a more authentic bubble tea experience, use black tea.
• If you don’t have tapioca pearls, you can substitute with small jelly balls or fruit boba.
• To make sugar syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then remove from the heat and let cool completely.
• You can use any type of milk you like, such as whole milk, skim milk, almond milk, or coconut milk.
• For a more flavorful bubble tea, add flavored syrups such as vanilla, strawberry, or mango.
