To make DIY glass cabinet doors, you will need:

Cut the wood for the frame to the desired size.
If using a router, rout a groove in the frame to hold the glass panel.
Assemble the frame using wood glue.
Cut the glass panel to fit the groove in the frame, minus 1/8″-3/16″ to allow for a small gap.
Apply a small bead of clear silicone caulk to the bottom of the groove in the frame.
Carefully set the glass panel in the groove and center it.
Use glass clips to secure the glass panel in place.
Wipe away any excess silicone caulk.
Attach cabinet hardware to the door.
Re-install the door on the cabinet.

Tips:

Be sure to wear safety glasses when working with glass.
If you are not comfortable using a router, you can have the glass panel cut to size at a glass shop.
Use a level to make sure the door is hanging straight before re-installing it.
