Diy Bath Fizzies

DIY bath fizzies are a fun and easy way to add some excitement to your next bath. They are also a great way to use up leftover essential oils and food coloring. To make your own bath fizzies, you will need:

• 1 cup baking soda
• 1/2 cup citric acid
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 1/4 cup Epsom salts (optional)
• Food coloring (optional)
• Essential oil (optional)
• Water

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, and Epsom salts (if using).
2. Add a few drops of food coloring and essential oil (if using) and mix well.
3. Slowly add water to the mixture, stirring constantly until it is damp but not wet. The mixture should be able to hold its shape when pressed together.
4. Pack the mixture into silicone molds (ice cube trays, candy molds, etc.) and press down firmly.
5. Allow the bath fizzies to dry completely before removing them from the molds.

Store the bath fizzies in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. To use, simply drop one or two bath fizzies into your warm bath and enjoy the fizzing and fizzing!

Tips:

• For a more colorful fizz, add a few drops of food coloring to each mold before adding the mixture.
• To make your bath fizzies more fragrant, add a few drops of essential oil to the mixture.
• If you don’t have silicone molds, you can use a plastic ice cube tray or candy mold. However, the bath fizzies may be more difficult to remove from these molds.
• To make sure your bath fizzies dry completely, allow them to dry for at least 24 hours before removing them from the molds.
