Diy Box Jump

DIY box jump is a simple exercise that can be done at home with a few basic tools and materials. It is a great way to improve your explosive power, strength, and coordination.

To make a DIY box jump, you will need:

A piece of plywood or OSB board (at least 3/4" thick)
Wood screws
Drill
Saw

Instructions:

Cut the plywood or OSB board to the desired size of your box jump. A good starting point is 24" x 20" x 18".
Pre-drill holes in the wood at the edges of the box jump.
Use wood screws to attach the sides of the box jump together.
Optional: Add handles to the sides of the box jump for easier transportation.

To do a box jump, stand in front of the box with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend down and swing your arms back. Then, swing your arms forward and jump up onto the box. Land softly and step down from the box.

You can adjust the height of the box jump to make it easier or more difficult. As you get stronger, you can increase the height of the box.
