Flower pens are a fun and easy DIY project that can be used to personalize your own pens or give as gifts. To make a flower pen, you will need:
- Ballpoint pens
- Artificial flowers
- Floral tape
- Glue gun
Instructions:
- Cut the flower stems to about 1/2 inch long.
- Apply a generous drop of glue to the top of the pen, where the plastic end cap used to be.
- Stick the flower stem into the glue and let dry.
- Wrap floral tape around the flower stem and pen to secure the flower in place.
- Continue wrapping floral tape up and down the stem and pen until the stem is fully covered.
Your flower pen is now complete! Enjoy using it or giving it away as a gift.
Tips:
- For a more polished look, use a hot glue gun to attach the flower to the pen.
- If you are using a dark-colored flower, you may want to use a contrasting color of floral tape so that the stem stands out.
- You can also add other embellishments to your flower pen, such as glitter, beads, or ribbon.
