Diy Disc Golf Basket

To build a simple DIY disc golf basket, you will need:

• A pole, such as a galvanized steel pipe or a PVC pipe, at least 66 inches tall
• A floor flange to secure the pole to the ground
• A basket, such as a garbage can lid or a sled, at least 24 inches in diameter
• Chain, such as galvanized steel chain or bicycle chain
• Eyehooks
• Nuts and bolts
• Drill
• Saw
• Screwdriver

Instructions:

1. Cut a hole in the bottom of the basket for the pole to pass through.
2. Secure the basket to the top of the pole with eyehooks, nuts, and bolts.
3. Drill holes around the top of the basket, evenly spaced.
4. Attach the chain to the eyehooks.
5. Secure the bottom of the pole to the ground with the floor flange.

Once your basket is built, you can start practicing your disc golf skills!

Tips:

• If you are using a PVC pipe pole, make sure it is thick enough to be sturdy. You may want to use a 2-inch pipe instead of a 1-inch pipe.
• If you are using a garbage can lid as a basket, make sure it is made of a durable material, such as plastic or metal.
• You can adjust the length of the chain to your liking. If you want the chains to hang lower, simply drill more holes in the basket.
• If you are building your basket for outdoor use, make sure to use galvanized steel chain and eyehooks to prevent rust.
