DIY Dog Diaper
Materials:
- Old t-shirt
- Pins or sewing machine
- Sanitary pad or cloth
Instructions:
- Lay the t-shirt flat on a surface.
- Fold one side of the shirt over, about 1/3 of the way up.
- Cut a hole in the center of the folded side for your dog’s tail.
- Place the sanitary pad or cloth inside the diaper.
- Wrap the diaper around your dog and pin or sew the sides together.
- Make sure the diaper is snug but not too tight.
Tips:
- You can use a pair of children’s underwear instead of a t-shirt, if you prefer.
- If you are using cloth, you may want to line the diaper with a waterproof material to prevent leaks.
- Be sure to change the diaper regularly to prevent skin irritation.
Here is a simpler version:
- Take a pair of children’s underwear that fit your dog.
- Cut a hole in the back for your dog’s tail.
- Place a sanitary pad inside the underwear.
- Put the underwear on your dog and secure it with the sides.
That’s it! You now have a homemade dog diaper.
