To make a DIY pinecone wreath, you will need:
- A wire wreath form
- Pine cones (about 60-75)
- Hot glue and hot glue sticks
- (Optional) Ribbon, berries, or other embellishments
Instructions:
- Sort the pine cones by size.
- Hot glue the largest pine cones to the outer ring of the wreath form.
- Work your way in, gluing the smaller pine cones in between the larger ones.
- Continue gluing pine cones until the entire wreath form is covered.
- (Optional) Add ribbon, berries, or other embellishments to your wreath.
- Hang your wreath on a door or wall and enjoy!
Tips:
- For a more rustic look, use natural pine cones. For a more polished look, spray paint the pine cones before gluing them to the wreath form.
- To make the wreath last longer, seal it with a clear spray paint.
- Be careful not to overfill the wreath form, or it will be difficult to hang.
