Cut two ears from orange felt and two ears from white felt. Glue the two ears of each color together, leaving a small opening at the bottom. Stuff the ears with cotton or felt scraps and glue the opening closed.
Cut a tail from orange felt and a tail from black felt. Glue the two pieces of felt together, sandwiching three pipe cleaners between them. This will make the tail bendable.
Cut black stripes from felt and attach them to the hoodie or shirt and pants with double-sided fabric tape.
If desired, glue the ears to the headband and pin the tail to the back of the pants.
