DIY Painted Wine Glasses

Materials:

• Wine glasses
• Glass paint
• Paint brushes
• Rubbing alcohol or vinegar
• Wax paper (optional)
• Masking tape (optional)

Instructions:

1. Wash the wine glasses and dry them thoroughly.
2. Rub the surface of the glasses with rubbing alcohol or vinegar to remove any fingerprints or dust.
3. If using stencils, tape them to the glasses in the desired location.
4. Apply a thin coat of glass paint to the glasses. You can use a paint brush, sponge, or even your fingers.
5. Allow the paint to dry completely.
6. Apply a second coat of paint, if desired.
7. Once the paint is completely dry, remove any stencils and carefully peel off any masking tape.
8. To cure the paint, bake the glasses in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

Tips:

• For a more even finish, use a light touch and apply multiple thin coats of paint.
• If you make a mistake, simply wipe away the wet paint with a damp cloth.
• To add extra sparkle, try adding glitter to your paint or using a glitter sealant.
• Be sure to hand-wash your painted wine glasses to preserve the paint.
