Diy Outdoor Cat House

To build a simple DIY outdoor cat house, you will need a large plastic tub, a small plastic tub, a box cutter, straw, a permanent marker, scissors, a hair dryer, a thin slab of Styrofoam, and a plastic flowerpot.

Cut a hole in the side of the large tub for the entrance. The hole should be big enough for your cat to fit through comfortably.
Cut a hole in the side of the small tub for the entrance. This hole should be the same size as the hole in the large tub.
Use the hair dryer to soften the plastic around the entrance holes. This will make it easier to cut.
Use the box cutter to cut out the entrance holes.
Use the Styrofoam to insulate the bottom of the small tub.
Fill the small tub with straw.
Place the small tub inside the large tub.
Cut a hole in the bottom of the flowerpot.
Slide the flowerpot through the entrance holes in the large and small tubs. This will create a tunnel for your cat to enter and exit the house.
Place the lids on the tubs.

Your DIY outdoor cat house is now complete! You can place it in a sheltered spot in your yard or garden.
