To make a simple DIY mirror frame, you will need:
- A mirror
- Wood boards (cut to size)
- Wood glue
- Miter saw or miter box
- Sandpaper
- Paint or stain (optional)
Instructions:
- Measure the mirror and cut the wood boards to size.
- Cut 45-degree miters on the ends of the wood boards, using a miter saw or miter box.
- Sand the wood boards to remove any splinters.
- Apply a generous bead of wood glue to the mitered edges of the wood boards.
- Assemble the frame around the mirror, making sure that the miters are tight.
- Clamp the frame in place until the glue dries.
- Once the glue is dry, paint or stain the frame (optional).
- Attach the frame to the mirror using mirror clips or screws.
Once the frame is attached, you can hang your new DIY mirror on the wall and enjoy!
